cars news 10: 2017 Ferrari GTC4Lusso Configurator is Live

The configurator for the 2017 Ferrari GTC4Lusso has gone live, giving consumers plenty of options to completely customize the FF replacement. Though prices aren’t detailed on the configurator, with the GTC4Lusso starting around $300,000, we expect a fully optioned model to exceed that by quite a bit.

To start things off, Ferrari is offering over 20 different exterior color options, including solid, metallic, historical, and special colors. There’s even a feature to check the paint’s reflection in the sun to make sure you’ll like it from every angle. After the color is selected, the configurator moves on to the wheels, giving consumers five rim options and nine brake caliper color options. Consumers will have the option to add a spare 20-inch wheel kit and carbon fiber center caps.

Body component options include a sport exhaust system, privacy rear windows, “Scuderia Ferrari” shields, a panoramic roof, and a front grille with either chromed or dark edges. Consumers can also opt for anti-stone chipping, a suspension lifter, dual-view front parking camera, and adaptive headlights.

As with the exterior, Ferrari gives the GTC4Lusso buyer a large number of interior color options – 15 in total – along with colored and special stitching options and nine carpet color options. Only one seat style is available, but consumers will be able to have the prancing horse emblem stitched on the headrest in 18 different colors, along with eight different color options for the seatbelt. The leather interior inserts come in 14 different colors, furthering the customization options for the GTC4Lusso.

The lower dash has 15 color options, while the tachometer counter has five color options. Next, potential customers choose from 15 different colors for the central tunnel before moving on to the headliner and parcel shelf, which get 14 color options. Available add-ons include Apple Carplay, a high-power HIFI system, and a passenger display that shows g forces, speed, and engine rpm to terrify whoever is riding shotgun with you.
