Mansory has revealed its latest creation: the Lamborghini Aventador 750-4 Superveloce Mansory J.S. 1 Edition. The one-off custom supercar was designed for London art dealer and multi-billionaire James Stunt.
Based on the Lamborghini Aventador 750-4 Superveloce, the Mansory J.S. 1 Edition gets a power boost from its 740-hp rating to 819 hp, while torque increases from 509 lb-ft to 553 lb-ft. Mansory claims the additional power enables the J.S. 1 Edition to reach 62 mph in 2.7 seconds, 124 mph in 8.4 seconds, and 186 mph in 23.4 seconds. Top speed is now a claimed 221 mph. Power upgrades come via a sport air filter, all-new exhaust system from headers to exhaust tips, and a reflashed computer.
With 20 Mansory-tuned vehicles in his collection, Stunt looked to the Lamborghini Veneno for inspiration for the Aventador Superveloce-based J.S. 1 Edition. In order to keep the newfound power under control, much of the exterior has been replaced with high-quality “Prepreg-autoclave” carbon fiber as well as new aerodynamic bits. A new front bumper with revised air intakes optimizes airflow through the radiator, while the new front lip spoiler aids in downforce.
The front hood and fenders and side skirts are also replaced with carbon fiber pieces. Those side skirts are said to smooth airflow along the vehicle as well as direct airflow into the engine and to the brakes. Around back, a new diffuser and larger rear wing also improve aerodynamics. Mansory claims the carbon fiber bits reduce overall vehicle weight by 110 pounds.
A “J.S.1 Edition 1/1 by MANSORY” badge adorns the front fender.
