Lamborghini owners have a reputation for being an eccentric bunch, and this custom, spray-painted Huracan is proof of that. “Rattle-can” paint jobs are more synonymous with beaters, but an artist, who goes by the alias Zevi, wanted it for his Italian exotic.
According to DUB Magazine, Zevi came up with the idea after seeing a “Star Wars” Stormtrooper helmet custom-painted by another artist named Rich B Caliente, who appears to be a well-known automotive customizer in Miami. The Stormtrooper helmet features deep shades of gold, copper, and blue, and Zevi wanted the same look for his Lambo. He reached out to Rich B Caliente, who agreed to take on the project, which took three days to knock out.
In addition to the rattle-can paint job, Zevi added a few of his own artistic touches along with Vossen wheels that were also spray painted. Did Zevi protect his Huracan with a vinyl wrap prior to the crazy paint job? Most likely. In Zevi’s past Instagram posts his Lambo sports glossy white factory paint. But prior to the rattle-can project the Huracan appears to have a matte white wrap (check it out in the video above). Regardless, Zevi wanted a unique look for his Huracan and that’s exactly what he achieved here. Are you a fan? Sound off in the comments section.
