If you missed a chance to visit an auto show and see the 2017 Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio in the sheetmetal, then this 360-degree video of the Italian sports sedan might be the next best thing.
The rear-drive sedan featured in the video is sporting what appears to be Montecarlo Blue Metallic paint, which is one of seven shades the Giulia Quadrifoglio will be offered in. Other features 19-inch, 5-hole dark aluminum wheels and red brake calipers.
As previously reported, Alfa will start production of the 2017 Giulia this summer and is planning to send its first batch of sedans to the U.S. by the end of this year. Alfa will launch with the range-topping Giulia Quadrifoglio, which is powered by a 2.9-liter, twin-turbo V-6 making over 505 hp and 443 lb-ft of torque. A six-speed manual gearbox will be offered. Set to take on the BMW M3, the Giulia Quadrifoglio promises to be lightweight, nimble, and packed with tech.
Following the Quadrifoglio, Alfa plans to release lower trim models with tamer engines. A 2.0-liter turbo-four will most likely be an option, as well as an eight-speed automatic and all-wheel drive. Pricing estimates for Alfa’s sedan are around $40,000 for the base model and approximately $70,000 for the high-performance Quadrifoglio.
