Buick has revealed the pricing for the 2017 LaCrosse full-size sedan, which now starts at $32,990 including destination. Compared to the outgoing model, the new LaCrosse is around $1,000 more expensive but is still cheaper than key rivals like the Lexus ES and the recently refreshed Lincoln MKZ.
The 2017 Buick LaCrosse is powered by a new 3.6-liter V-6 rated at 305 hp and 268 lb-ft of torque paired to an eight-speed automatic transmission, and it’s also the first Buick to receive the brand’s new corporate face and colored tri-shield emblem. New features include standard HID headlights, 10 air bags, a five-link rear suspension setup, and GM’s HiPer Strut front suspension on front-drive models.
Available options include all-wheel drive, full LED headlights, a two-mode Continuous Damping Control active suspension, an eight-inch frameless touchscreen for the Intellilink infotainment system, 4G LTE connectivity, 20-inch alloy wheels, perforated leather upholstery, a Bose premium audio system, and eight-way power adjustable front seats with heating, ventilation, and massage function. Apple CarPlay and Google Android Auto integration comes as part of the Intellilink infotainment system.
Available active safety features include the safety alert seat, forward collision warning, automatic emergency braking, lane change alert, blind spot warning, lane keeping assist, pedestrian detection, automatic parking assist, and a rearview camera. GM’s Teen Driver feature, which grades how your teen is driving and enables parents to limit what functions their new driver can access, is also available on the 2017 LaCrosse.
