Road-Raging Driver Mows Down Two Motorcycle Riders (W/Video)

A Pontiac driver is in deep trouble after cops say he ran over two motorcycle riders in Florida this past Memorial Day weekend. A witness in another car captured the incident on video, and it’s pretty terrifying.

According to witness Abe Garcia, a man in a Pontiac had been driving erratically and ran three motorcyclists off the road. At one point, the Pontiac literally drove up and over a motorcycle, knocking two riders to the ground. Although the driver quickly fled the scene, police managed to find their suspect thanks to the video footage.

The two bike riders incurred minor injuries and were treated on site, reports NBC News. Fortunately, they were able to stand up after the incident. Meanwhile, the alleged driver faces a host of charges, including leaving the scene of an accident involving an injury and being a habitual traffic offender. In addition, an earlier charge of aggravated battery was later changed to two counts of attempted murder for this event, reports The Washington Post. The man already has a long rap sheet that includes another hit and run charge from 2011.
