A video appeared on YouTube of a driver struggling to park a Porsche Cayenne inside a garage in Vancouver, Canada. Turns out that this wasn’t just someone trying to park a car; in fact, the driver was a teenager who “borrowed” his mother’s SUV and took it for a joy ride until he smashed it into another car causing the teen—who also doesn’t have a driver’s license—to panic.
According to CBC News British Columbia, the teen’s neighbor shot the video revealing that the teen was having a hard time trying to get the car into a tiny garage. Eventually, he forces it back in but not without additional damage to Cayenne and the garage wall. Part of the Porsche’s undercarriage also fell off.
Brian Montague of the Vancouver Police Department told CBC News British Columbia that the teen made one horrible decision after another and that he’s lucky to not be charged as a criminal. However, the police did charge the teen for driving unlicensed and hitting a parked vehicle. Montague also stated that the video made it easier for them to find the suspect and that the teen must deal with insurance companies and his mother’s wrath.
