NHTSA counts 19.2 million vehicles for Takata recall

NHTSA has revised its estimates for the number of vehicles being driven with faulty Takata airbags, reducing it to 19.2 million vehicles and 23.4 million inflators. That figure is down from 34M inflators in 30M vehicles.
