William Townley established his dye business in 1893 in Newark, New Jersey, eventually naming it “Paas” after “Pasen,” the Dutch word for Easter. In 2015, Dodge announced the Viper 1 of 1 program in a bid to allow for greater customization its ten-cylinder brute. To celebrate the start of the new venture, they’ve painted up a Viper GTC to resemble something produced with an Easter egg-dying kit.
The psychedelic-pastel machine features one side done up in varying soft-stroke stripes of pale green and yellow, while the other’s festooned in purple and pink. The overall effect is neat, if less than the manly missile action we tend to associate with Mopar’s no-frills, all eier Snake.

It’s an eye-catching, if slightly head-scratch-inducing way of demonstrating that Dodge offers 8000 exterior hues and 24,000 stripe colors. But if Dodge follows its own rules, it won’t be able to build another one configured just like this until next year. Dear VW Golf Harlequin, you’ve been suddenly reclassified as nigh-ubiquitous.
